What are your operating hours? Can I buy Pinless Service in the middle of the night?
We sell our Pinless Service 24 hours / 7 days / 365 days. YES! You may buy Pinless Service from us in the middle of the night from the comfort of your home. No more driving down to a convenient store to purchase new cards.
Is all my personal information safe and private with you?
Absolutely! We never sell or share any information with anyone else. What is the difference between local access and toll free access?
Local access numbers are the phone numbers in your area in which you can use your Pinless Service. Typically, these numbers carry no long distance charges which make the calling rates for local access numbers cheaper. That is, you can get more minutes from your Pinless Service by using a local access number.

Toll free access numbers are the phone numbers that start with 1-800, 1-888, 1-877, 1-866, etc. By using a toll free number, you are charged a slightly higher rate because your phone call is routed using the toll free lines which cost extra to phone companies. Therefore, you have slightly fewer minutes from the toll free access number.
If there is no local access number from a particular local area, how else could I use the local access numbers from this Pinless Service at other area codes?
It is VERY important to check with your local phone company that there are no long distance charges for calls made with these local access numbers. If you could not find any local access numbers in your local area, you can still use local access numbers if you have a cellular/mobile phone or home phone with free domestic long distance. Here, you can place the call with your cell phone to a local access number and avoid long distance charges. However, please be aware that you may have to pay for your air time depending on your cellular phone contract.
My Account
How long does it take to open an account? Why must i wait to have my first order approved? Are recharges instant?
Your account is opened immediately, once you enter your personal information and choose your plan. You will be able to use your PIN number in half an hour after receiving the plan details by email. Due to Internet fraud we are required to speak to you the first time you make a purchase to be sure that no one is using your credit card information. We also use this courtesy call to answer any questions you may have about our calling service. Your pin# will be activated immediately upon approval of your credit card information and can be used 30 minutes after approval. You will be provided a printed receipt of your transaction via email with your account information, instructions on how to use the service and how to access your online account.
What are the payment methods accepted?
We accept payments made with credit or debits cards. You can safely use your VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express card.
Will I receive a bill?
No, this is a prepaid service. You pay in advance and you will never receive a bill for the calls you place using our plans.
Are there any additional charges applied to my plan?
No, there are no hidden fees whatsoever! No Connection Fees, No Monthly Fees, No Maintenance Fees and No Minimum Usage fees. There are absolutely No additional charges, which makes it easy for you to know that you are only paying for the time you actually talk. There are no additional charges added to your plan.
What if I forgot my password?
Click 'Forgot password' in Customer Login box and fill it in with the e-mail you registered your account with. You will then receive the password in your email inbox.
What if I lost my pin?
All of your pins are listed in your personal account. Simply, login to your account and click on "History" or "Recharge" to view the list.
What is my billing address?
After successfully creating your account, you will be prompted to enter your billing information: name as it appears on your credit/debit card and billing address. The billing address is the address to which all of your credit/debit card monthly statements are mailed. Entering an incorrect billing address could prevent you from receiving your instant Pinless Service in a timely fashion.
How will I know my balance?
Each time you call the access number, you will be told the balance on your account. Additionally, you can see your balance on-line by clicking on "Feature" then by clicking on "Pin Information".
If I have a coupon, how do I use it?
After you select the "Buy Now" option for your Pinless Service, you will be taken to a login screen. f you already have an account, just login as you normally do.
If you do NOT have an account, then please click on the "Open Account" button, and follow the instructions to create an account.
In the next step, there will be credit card information that needs to be entered and/or verified. Right above the Amount box, you will find a Coupon Code box. In this box, please enter the EXACT coupon code. (Please double check your spelling.) With a correct coupon entry, your order will be accordingly discounted.
Can I view my Calling Details Record (CDR)?
Online CDRs are made available for our pinless plans. You can view your call detail records and also get them emailed to you if needed by going to "Features" then by clicking on "Call Details".

What is a prepaid Pinless Service and how does it work?
Prepaid Pinless Services are a service provided by various telecom companies that sell their service in advanced. When you buy a prepaid Pinless Service from us, you are paying for long distance connection time in advance. When you make calls using the Pinless Service, the pin's value is deducted by the minutes spoken at the rate per minutes for duration of connection.
How do I get the Pinless Services? Via mail or email?
We deliver all of our products online via email. Meaning that you will not get the physical product in mail. All you need to use a Pinless Service is a Local Access / Toll Free Access Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) if not setup for PINLESS. We deliver all this information INSTANTLY via email.
Do the rates on your cards change, depending upon the time of day?
No. All of the calling cards/Pinless Services we sell have the same rate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I use this Pinless Service to call anywhere in the world? Can I use it from anywhere in the United States?
Yes, with this pinless service, you can call anywhere in the world. Our rates are very competitive to the rest of the world compared to other companies. You can click on "Rates" to find out the updated rates to all over the world. Our cards can be used to make calls from all of the states in USA except Alaska and Hawaii unless otherwise stated on the card information. You may use our cards from Canada also.
My Pinless Service says Invalid after entering the PIN given. What do I do?
If you are using it for the first time, it can take upto 30minutes for the service to be activated for the first time, so please allow about 30minutes for the cards to have the balance added to pin before trying. In some cases making attempts to call within 30minutes can get the pin stuck in switch so please allow upto 30minutes before trying to call with new charges. Other reason for it can be that most of the time, using a wrong access number causes "Invalid PIN problem". Therefore make sure you use the access number from the right Pinless Service or plan. However, if you used the right access number and its more than 30minutes past your pin's verification, and it is still not working, please do not hesitate to contact us right away.
What should I do if I have a problem using my Pinless Service?
The best thing to do is to call the customer service number we provide with your pin in email. This toll free number connects you to the service department at the company that controls the access number and value of the pins for their Pinless Service. However, if you do not receive proper attention, please feel free to give us a call at 866-251-6876.
Do you calculate available minutes based on one call?
No, with pinless service, you can speak for 1 minute or many minutes, the rate per minute stays the same. We DO NOT calculate available minutes based on one single call, you can as many calls as you like and your rate will be the same. Your minutes get deducted for the rate per minute only.
Are there any other charges made against my credit card when I buy a Pinless Service?
There is a .59cents credit card processing fee applied to only orders that are less than $50. For any orders $50 or greater, the Credit Card Processing Fee is waived
Are the rates any different if a call is made to a cell phone at destination?
Depending on the country you call, some countries' cell phones charge higher rates. Calls made to those country's cell phones are priced at a higher rate due to the extra technology involved in completing the connection. Most of the countries cell phones have same rates as the land line.
What is 1-minute rounding?
Typically, your phone call time is measured in minutes. However, when your calls are completed, the duration is rounded to complete that minute. This is called 1-minute rounding or 1-minute increment. Even if your call lasts less than 1 minute, your Pinless Service will be charged for 1 minutes. Again, if your calls are very long, the 1-minute rounding has little impact on your pocket book.
Can I recharge my Pinless Services?
Yes, we have Pinless Plan that can be recharged each time you run low on minutes. With these plans, your pin number will stay the same and the pin will not expire as long as you recharge money into it. You can first login to your account and then click on Recharge, then choose a pin and click on Racharge on right, now you will be prompted to enter your credit card info and click on Submit. Your recharged value is added to your pin in 5 to 10minutes after submition.
What will happen if my Pinless Service has been used up with pinless dialing option on it? How do I remove this feature from my Pinless Service?
After your Pinless Service has been fully used up, your telephone number will still be assigned to your Pin number for Pinless dialing. However, if you purchased a new Pinless Service, you don't have to remove the pinless to the old Pinless Service. You just need to set up your phone numbers to your new Pinless Service and start using new pin by dialing one of our access numbers. You can login to your account and click on Features and the click on "Register New Phone" to register new phones to your pinless service.

What is Pinless Dialing?
Pinless dialing is the ability to conveniently make calls without ever entering a pin number. It's faster than direct dialing and saves you over 80% on long distances! With pinless dialing you don't have to remember your PIN on every call.
How can I register phone numbers in Pinless Dialing?
Once you register a phone number, it will be activated within approximately 15 minutes.
Can I use my mobile with your service? Do I have to cancel my International dialing on my Mobile Phone?
You can use your plan from your cell phone in the same way you use it from your home phone. You will benefit from up to 80% lower rates than your regular cellular provider. You do not have to cancel your international dialing on your cellular phone but when you dial international number using our service, please DO NOT press SEND button again on your cellular phone instead press # sign at the end of destination number entry. ALERT: If you push "SEND" button at the end of destination number while using a prepaid calling service with your cell phone, you may automatically activate the 3-way calling feature from your cell phone. If your second line is activated by mistake, that second line will be billed AT THE FULL BILLING RATE from your cell phone carrier. The bottom line is if you push "SEND", the line with the prepaid calling service will be charged correctly. The other line will activate and go to the same number you called and the billing will be at the maximum calling rate per minute. It will look like a massive billing error. BE CAREFUL. We Suggest You Cancel your international long distance plan Ring123Pinless STRONGLY recommends our customers to cancel your phone's international long distance plan. You are advised to check your cell phone and/or home phone plans to ensure that you have no international long distance service. Sometimes this service is added to customers' calling plans without their knowledge. If you have such a plan, we recommend that you cancel it. Charges by wireless and land-based phone service providers for overseas long distance calls can be unreasonably high. Ring123Pinless can take no responsibility for the calls go through your long distance plan without using our pinless service, or fail to use our pinless service properly. Cancel your international long distance plan can protect you from such kind of mistake. What is automatic recharge? How can I activate it?
We currently do not offer Automatic Recharge feature, because there are alot of people who do not use their service on regular basis and do not wish to pay monthly or periodically so we allow customers to recharge whenever they run low on their balance by calling the toll free number or recharging themselves over the internet. Recharging is quick and instant with us.
